Who we are

Delius & McKenzie, PLLC is a local firm with a wide reach. - Bryan E. Delius. The firm’s founder, Mr. Delius is a native of Sevier County. His primary practice areas include criminal defense on the state and federal level, serious personal injury law and general litigation. He is a member of multiple legal and community organizations, and currently serves as the Sevier County Commissioner for the 10th Judicial District.
- Bryce W. McKenzie. A former clerk in the Court of Criminal Appeals of Tennessee, Mr. McKenzie focuses on state and federal criminal defense, serious personal injury and business litigation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Love Kitchen in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is an active participant in both legal and local community projects and organizations.
- Hailey J. Tackett. Before joining the firm, Ms. Tackett worked in the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where she spent more than a year as the District’s DUI prosecutor. A formidable trial attorney, she has litigated hundreds of DUI cases from Sessions Court to Circuit Level – and now she is putting her experience to work on behalf of our clients.
